Professional Experience
Ms. Johnson’s experience covers a wide range of business disciplines with particular expertise in executive estate planning and the representation of health care organizations.  She assists one of nation’s largest long-term care organizations with regulatory, compliance and contract matters.  Ms. Johnson has also assisted a multi-family nursing home with the creation and implementation of its corporate compliance program.  Ms. Johnson was recently appointed 2008 Legal Counsel for the Michigan Jaycees.

Mindi has been married to her husband, Dave, since 2004.  She has studied in London, England as well as St. Louis, Missouri and looks forward to revisiting both cities.  She enjoys traveling, wine tasting, golf and theater.
