Professional Experience
Mr. Siebers' extensive business experience was gained during his 15 years as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Foremost Corporation of America in Grand Rapids. At the time, Foremost stock was publicly traded on the NASDAQ market. Foremost was the parent corporation of Foremost Insurance Company. In 1985, Mr. Siebers entered practice as a partner with Dykema Gossett, Michigan's largest law firm at the time. In 1988, he formed his own firm, specializing in business and real estate law. Mr. Siebers is a member of the Board of Directors of Fremont Insurance Company.
