Professional Experience
Mr. McConnell is a seasoned litigator practicing in the areas of Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation and Divorce and Family Law.  He has extensive experience representing men and women in complex divorce matters, including those involving the disposition of business interests and other significant assets and custody disputes.  He has successfully represented several owners of Lake Michigan waterfront property in disputes involving boundary, riparian and other rights; the outcome of which protected the multi-million dollar investment these clients made in their property.  Mr. McConnell also has experience representing businesses in employment and contract disputes as well as helping them collect large accounts in receivership and other proceedings.
